TWB - tap wrapped convoluted hose
The TWB tape-wrapped hose is produced wrapping and overlapping PTFE tape and glass fiber. They are than convoluted on a mandrel and than sintered in an oven. This gives TWB tape-wrapped hose a high resistance to the pressure and a high flexibility. The TWB tap-wrapped hose can be used for many applications where high frequency thermal cycles are requested.They can be used in many fields like plastic and rubber moulding machine , pulp and paper machines etc., with temperature till 200°C max..They are not indicated for steam water cycling application at high pressures.
Construction
Tape wrapped helical convoluted PTFE inner core, external braid in stainless steel AISI 304. For some applications the internal core can be also conductive to dissipate the static electrical charges.

From -54 °C to 204 °C
